Safire Dragon Fountain Pen
This is a beautiful Postable Safire Fountain Pen that's made from Lava Bright Acrylic.
Postable means that the cap comes off and connects to the body.
The clip is a full-body, mighty crouching Chinese dragon. The band features a dragon claw grasping the center - a sign of strength and willpower. The pen tip and end cap are covered in the armored scales of the dragon; scales can be seen as a sign of protection. And the Tigers Eye crystal on the end, known to be very effective for instilling courage, strength of will, and self-confidence - gripped in place by additional talons.

The metal fittings are Antique Pewter.
The overall closed length is 6" (15.254cm), open length is 7" (17.78cm), 1/2” (1.27cm) wide.

Construction
The very first thing I do is hand select each piece and then turn the pen to its final shape. The pen is then sanded 7 times with progressively finer grits of sandpaper, to create a very smooth surface. Multiple different glues and waxes are applied to protect the pen for years of hard use. Each pen goes through a 21 step process to achieve the lustrous polished to a mirror-like shine.
Your Dragon Pen will come in a black faux leather box. The Dragon pen that you see in the pictures is the one you will receive.
