Canarywood Cheese Slicer with Cheese Tray
What a beautiful pair this is. Add a bottle of wine and a wedge of cheese, and you'll have a beautiful gift basket! It is made from Canarywood, which comes from southern Brazil. It is enhanced with two strips of Padauk wood (from the tropical western Africa region), and a strip of Wenge (Central Africa).
The cheese slicer board is 9 3/4" (24.7cm) long, 7 1/2" (19.05cm) wide, and 3/4" (1.9cm) thick. Overall length is 10 1/2" (26.67cm), 10" (25.4cm) wide.
The cheese tray is 9" (22.86cm) long, 7 1/2" (19.05cm) wide, and 3/4" (1.9cm) thick.
The boards have been treated with 100% food-safe Walrus cutting board oil/cutting board wax (made in the US). The bottom of each board has slip-resistant feet. Two extra slicers and a wrench are included.
CARE OF THE BOARDS: Hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse and wipe dry. Do not leave to soak in water. Do not place in dishwasher.

Sustainable production is my top priority!
I work closely with my suppliers to ensure that Responsible Forestry Practices are being followed. My lumber suppliers actively combat illegal logging and have policies in place regarding planned felling, minimum tree diameter, and felling rotation to ensure regrowth.
