K-Cup Redwood Coffee Scoop
This is an extra-long coffee scoop made from Figured Redwood. The length easily allows getting to the bottom of the coffee bag. The scoop size is 1 Tablespoon, which requires two scoops to fill reusable K cups for a Keurig.
Product Description
The metal scoop is 10K Gold. The overall length is 7" (17.78cm), width 3/4" (1.90cm).
Construction
The very first thing I do is hand select each piece and then turn the handle to the final shape. The handle is then sanded 7 times with progressively finer grits of sandpaper, to create a very smooth surface. Multiple different types of glue and waxes are applied to protect the handle for years of hard use. Each handle goes through a 21 step process to achieve the lustrous polished to a mirror-like shine.
The coffee scoop in the picture is the one you will receive. If you are interested in multiple coffee scoops, please contact me. Since each scoop is a unique work of art, exact duplicates are not possible. But, I will do my best to create a coffee scoop that looks similar using the same wood and finish.
