Ultimate Bread Cutting/Serving Board Set

Bread cutting/serving board: Overall length with handle 17" (43.18cm), width 9" (22.86cm), height 7/8" (2.22cm). 

 

Bread bow knife: Overall length with handle 16" (40.654cm), width .5" (1.27cm), height 2" (5.08cm).  Blade length 9.75" (24.76cm), the distance between the blade and handle 1.5" (3.81cm).  The blade is made from stainless steel. It comes with a blade protector (the blade is very sharp!). Always use with caution, handwash, and put the blade protector back on washing. This is a right-handed bow knife.

 

Butter dish: Overall length with handle 6.25" (15.87cm), width 3.5" (8.89cm) height 7/8" (2.22cm), inside of dish 4.5" (11.43cm)

 

Butter knives:  Length 7" (17.78cm) height 1" (2.54cm)

 

Handwash all of these products, do not put them in the dishwasher.  Wipe down with any food-safe oil like mineral oil about once a month, or use Just Another Woodcrafter Cutting Board Butter.

The very first thing I do is hand-select each piece and then look to see where the best cuts would be for the best character. The board and all the rest of the goods get sanded from 100 grit down to 320 grit.  All of them get a bath in mineral oil, then a coating of food-safe cutting board butter.
